Composite Cards

Allsafe's PVC and PVC/Polyester Composite cards are the highest quality plastic cards. Our PVC and PVC/Poly Composite cards are compatible with all dye sublimation printers. These cards can be used to make: ID cards, gift cards, business cards, membership cards, loyalty cards - all types of cards with your dye sublimation printer.

4000 Oe ISO Readback Voltage (this is the higher oersted version of regular 2750oe HiCo and 300 oe LoCo. This is typically used in ATM and point of sale type applications. All three of these magstripes have a readback voltage of 100%. The higher the oersted, the harder it is to erase the data).
4000 Oe High Output (readback voltage is 160% of the normal ISO readback - this magstripe is used primarily for the 1/8" wide junk or debit stripes, but is also seen in access control applications as a 1/2" stripe and sometimes in 5/16")

Specialty inks
We can accept materials manufactured for your company or for your product. Your materials will be stored in our secure facility.
Anti-counterfeiting including:

Optical Variable Device (OVD) / Hologram: Holographic film or layer applied to each card which may have a 3-dimensional effect, color changing properties, and can either be embedded in the actual card during production, or hot-stamped when the card is finished.
Metallized Foil: A small strip with text or an image stenciled out (of the foil) can be applied to a card for a unique effect. Foil can also be cut, shaped, and placed onto any location on the card.
Metallized Foil w/ Multi-Color UV Ink:Same as above with multi-color ultraviolet ink printed on the foil. Gives the same effect as metallized foil, but when held under an ultraviolet light - a spectrum of colors can be seen that are invisible in normal light.
Ultra-Violet (UV) Ink:Ultraviolet Inks are available in an array of colors. UV ink is invisible in normal light, but when held underneath a black light the ink is clearly visible. UV ink can be used to print any security feature (image, number, etc..) embedded in your card project.
Hidden Barcode / Barcode Mask:Hidden barcode consists of a preprinted barcode on the card. A mask is printed over the barcode so that the barcode cannot be read with the naked eye, most copiers or most scanners.
Guilloche and Rainbow Guilloche:These are printing techniques that make counterfeiting very difficult. Guilloche consists of very fine interwoven lines, while rainbow guilloche adds multiple colors to these fine lines.
Microprinting:This is a printing technique commonly used on banknotes and personal checks. What may look like a straight solid or broken line, is actually a line of very fine text. Close inspection with a magnifying glass or microscope will reveal this text, making it very hard or even impossible to copy
