Hospital and healthcare facilities can easily record patient identification information onto an Allsafe stress card. We offer over 15 choices of stress vinyl stock colors, which are all embossable. After using an addressograph machine the raised lettering stresses to a crisp white color, so data can be quickly read and recorded. An optional signature panel can also be silk screened onto our cards for further identity verification. Holes can be drilled.
